Fully recognizing our social responsibility, all company directors and employees are committed to building and complying with a management system that ensures the protection of personal information in order to duly embody the policies stated below.

Acq;uisition, use, and provision of personal information will be limited to that which is necessary for the proper conduct of our MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Event/Exhibition) business by which we provide a venue for valuable human exchange between people in Japan and overseas, and for the hiring and management of company personnel. We will not handle personal information that exceeds the limits necessary to achieve the specific purposes we have set for the use of personal information.

We will implement reasonable preventive and corrective measures that are organizationally and technically necessary and appropriate in order to prevent risks associated with the company’s handling of personal information including leaks, loss, damage, alteration, and unauthorized access, and to otherwise ensure the safe management of personal information.

We will comply with all laws, regulations, government guidelines, and other rules and standards in regard to the handling of personal information.

In order to maintain proper protection of personal information, we will continually seek to improve our management system for protection of personal information by making regular inspections, and pertinent and timely reevaluations, keeping in mind conformance with JIS Q15001 standards, changes in the environments that affect our company and the business domain, and also suggestions for improvement that we receive from individuals and organizations in Japan and overseas.

We will make appropriate, rapid, and sincere responses to complaints and inquiries concerning the company’s handling of personal information.
