An internal inspection

By implementing the management cycle PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), ICS provides total quality over all phases of events and conventions from planning and proposals offering to after-event follow-up work.
ICS evaluates customers’ questionnaires and evaluates each event or convention. In addition, it verifies the efficacy of the overall system, and conducts an internal audit twice a year and an external examination once every year.

Compliance

ICS strives to ensure compliance with laws and regulations based on the JTB Group Code which stipulates the laws and regulations, international rules and corporate social responsibilities to be observed by JTB Group members. By providing training on the employees’ code of conduct, system monitoring, and other themes, ICS maintains a responsible corporate infrastructure and thus contributes to customers and international society.
