• Exhibitions and Trade Fairs
  ICS provides total coordination for all phases of the exhibition including planning and proposal making, publicity, response to exhibitors, production, on-site operation and follow-up after the event, and all other related tasks.
  
• Events and Incentive Programs
  ICS undertakes the planning and operation of seminars and events, particularly for major companies and foreign-affiliated companies in the IT, pharmaceutical, automobile, and media industries. ICS brings businesses together in events aimed at finding new customers and enhancing customer relationships.
• International Congresses and Domestic Academic Conferences
  Since International Congress Service was spun off from JTB’s inbound travel division 30 years ago, the company has managed various congresses and built up a solid track record. ICS has developed its own system for registration and handling papers, and offers comprehensive services including bilingual staff to help participants as well as assistance with visas. These services are highly evaluated by customers. As a reliable convention partner, ICS is committed to ensuring the success of every organizer’s congress or conference.
• Testing and Training Administration
  Conducting tests for official qualifications and various specialized technical skills requires arranging enough sites to host the test at the same time around the nation, arranging for more than 3,000 supervisors and administrative staff, preparing network connections with other sites and furnishing multiple sites. ICS has worked in this field for more than 10 years since 1997 and has a long track record in the industrial world as well. We provide strict and fair test administration, following a careful process from the start of prior preparations right up to the day of the exam.

  Staff specializing in various fields and bilingual staff have the language skills and specialist knowledge required to provide support for overseas participants, arrange for equipment, dispatch staff, operate registration systems, and provide other services. • Development of convention related system
  ICS has independently developed its own system for easily and quickly designing various forms such as for registration of participation or paper submission, as well as questionnaires, merely by entering questions and answers on-screen. Even after forms have been designed, it is easy to change the order of items.

  The eighth event in 2009 attracted 47,272 visitors, 902 exhibiting companies and organizations (including 226 overseas companies from 20 countries). Currently, it is held concurrently with five specialized technology exhibitions: Nano Bio Expo, nano&neo functional material,ASTEC, METEC, and InterAqua.
